YUMA, Ariz. — Yuma Sector Border Patrol agents recently arrested two adult males during separate incidents for illegal re-entry into the country after being previously convicted and removed from the United States on aggravated felony charges. Gabriel Marroquin Juan-De Juan, a 32-year-old Guatemalan national who entered the illegally Saturday night near Andrade, California. During processing, agents learned he was previously removed from the as an aggravated felon following an eight-year sentence in Shelbyville, Tennessee, for sexual battery and immigration violations.
