Dermatofibroma, dermoscopy

Dermatofibroma, also called benign fibrous histiocytoma, is a non-cancerous tumour that usually occurs on the hands or feet. It is composed of disordered collagen laid down by fibroblast cells. In rare cases, basal cell carcinoma may develop within a dermatofibroma.
