Lt. Cmdr Albert Loui, an environmental health officer, embarked aboard the Military Sealift Command hospital ship USNS Mercy, takes a sample of water from a newly drilled fresh-water well. Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 11, worked in collaboration with crew members from Mercy to drill the well. Mercy is in Cambodia supporting Pacific Partnership, the fifth in a series of annual Pacific Fleet humanitarian and civic assistance endeavors to strengthen regional partnerships.
