Harry Buchanan visited members of both the 56th Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 28th Infantry Division and the 213th Regional Support Group, as well as other Pennsylvania Army National Guard Soldiers training in the field during their rotation at the National Training Center, Fort Irwin, Calif.
