An environmentally friendly Eco-pod coffin being delivered for a natural burial funeral service
Ecopod Coffins are a green alternative to a wooden coffin. Based on the shape of a seed pod, and evocating ancient Egyptian funerals, they are made entirely from recycled paper and cardboard. They are very light and don't required the usual 6 men to carry. The largest will carry a person up to 18 stone. Made by hand from recycled newspapers and hand finished with paper made from 100% mulberry pulp.
