HRH Princess Anne the Princess Royal attend the opening of the newly refurbished Port Edgar Boat Station for the Sea Cadets at South Queensferry on the Forth near Edinburgh other VIPs included Brigadier John Thompson QVRM TD PhD DL, Captain Neil Downing RN Captain Sea Cadets, Admiral Sir Philip Jones GCB DL and Commodore Bob Anstey also in attendance was the Royal Marines Band Scotland.
