Miners Memorial Park located in Glace Bay Nova Scotia. Central to the park is a memorial to honour the lives of those who died in the 1979 explosion at the #26 Colliery. Surrounding the central statue are lunchboxes inscribed with the names of the 12 men who dies in the disaster.
