First Army leaders gather in front of First Army headquarters at the conclusion of the First Army Commanders' Conference on Rock Island Arsenal, Ill. During the two-day event, division and brigade commanders and command sergeants major met with First Army headquarters leaders to gain a shared understanding of First Army operations and planning, as well as delving into critical issues related to Reserve Component readiness, training, and mobilization.
