Interior of the abandoned Great Synagogue built in 1680 in the city of Chortkiv or Chortkov which was once home to a large Jewish community and was annihilated by the Germans during the Second World War in Ternopil Oblast (province) in western Ukraine. The synagogue is now a part of the Medical College (Petrushevycha Street) and is used as a warehouse.
