Pedicabs causing obstruction outside Hamleys toy store in Regent Street, London, W1. The Pedicabs park in an operational Bus Lane using the area as a rank and the Police seem to allow the practice much to the inconvenience to Bus drivers and London Black Taxi Cabs. Transport for London [ TFL ] need to address this issue because it causes congestion throughout the West End of London.
