The access corridor and main entrance to the burial chamber of the Dolmen of Romeral (1800 BC) in Antequera, Spain

The Dolmen de Romeral in Antequera dates back to the late Copper Age, around 1800 BC, and consists of a long access corridor, burial chamber ( m across), and a second chamber ( m across) which is entered through a small corridor. Its outstanding feature is the use of dry-stone construction, that makes up the semi-domes of both chambers. The semi-domes are closed at the top by large stone slabs. The mound above it is more than 90 m in diameter and over 9 meter high. In this photo : long access corridor with main entrance to burial chamber and the entrance to the second chamber.
