So the authorities of the country scornfully call the old cars with european registration. Hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians are forced to use them because of the high cost of customs clearance of cars. The authorities claim that the drivers of such cars are throwing the scene of the accident and do not want to bear responsibility. However, these statements are not true.
