Herring speaks to over 50 NC Guard warrant officers representing all of The North Carolina National Guard’s Major Subordinate Command came together at Joint Force Headquarters on July 12, 2016. They came together to discuss current state of the Warrant Officer Corp, the future of the Corp and to celebrate the 98th Anniversary.
