It is very productive, throwing up a great number of strong, well-developed shoots throughout the entire season. It is tender to the stem and of delicious flavor, which, together with the fact that it re- quires much less labor in cutting and bunching, thus lessening the expense of marketing, makes it the most desirable of any kind yet introduced for the market gardener.
