During the meeting Freeman received a command briefing which included an in-depth discussion with RHC-P leaders focusing on scaling up interagency global health engagements. Brig. Gen. Ronald T. Freeman presented an overview of the USAID organization, portfolios and capabilities with a focus on the PACOM area of responsibility.
