Sonorous white porcelain,glowing in a glaze of Lnperial-yellow glory, pure, lustrous,covering uniformly tlie exterior and interior surfaces, which arewithout other adornment. On the white-glazed foot, penciled inblue within a blue double ring: Ta-Ching nien-chih(^Lide in the reign of Kang-hsi of the great Ching [the re-centlv overthrown] dynasty). On a teakwood stand having fivecarved dragon legs witli claw and ball feet.
