Luigi Raffaele De Ferrari, Duke of Galliera, Prince of Lucedio (Genoa, 6 July 1803 - 23 November 1876) was an Italian businessman, philanthropist and politician. Banker by profession, remembered for its munific activities for the benefit of his hometown and in particular of its port, the main square of the Ligurian capital has been named after him since 1887, Piazza De Ferrari, the same square in which stands the Accademia Ligustica di Belle Arti of which he was promoter.
