Iraqi police and members of the U. S. Army's 23rd Military Police (MP) Company, 720nd MP Battalion, 89th MP Brigade, Camp Victory, distribute water to the citizens of the city of Lutafiyah. Water supplies were disrupted by recent anti-coalition force activities. Lutafiyah is located in the southern sector of the city of Baghdad June 8, 2007.
