IHLA DO GOVERNADOR, Brazil - Representatives from the United States, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, Chile, Peru, Colombia, and Paraguay all participated in the final planning conference for UNITAS AMPHIBIOUS 2015, at Ihla do Governador, Brazil, from Sept. 8-11, 2015.
