A remarkable novelty with perfectly formed flowers, 7 to 8 inches in diameter, of a brilliant cardinal-red; the foliage is of heavy, leathery tex- ture; requires rich soil for best development; 4 feet. 50 cts. each; $ per doz. Qoldbird (Oiseau a" Or). The individual flowers of this variety are equal to those of Firebird to which it is a good companion, flowers a soft buttercup-yellow, produced in immense trusses, plants very vigorous; 4J feet. $ each.
