GREAT LAKES, Ill. (Aug. 7, 2018) Cryptologic Technician (Maintenance) 1st Class Asia White reacts after Capt. Erik Thors, commanding officer of Recruit Training Command (RTC), announced her selection to the rank of chief petty officer. Sixty-eight RTC first class petty officers were selected for chief. More than 30,000 recruits graduate annually from the Navy's only boot camp.
