Jeff Lerner, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Office of the Chief Management Officer, speaks to caregivers at the NE Region Warrior CARE Event at Joint Base Andrews, MD. AFW2 offers education and information to caregivers of the wounded, ill, and injured service men and women enrolled in the program. Part of this comes through in-class lessons and some through offering of "Me Time" opportunities that teach the caregivers they need to learn to recharge their batteries for the long-term success of their warriors' recovery.
