There is no palm quite so graceful as the .4reca for house decoration, particularly when it attains a considerable size. 'WTien the plants are well furnished at the bottom, a well-grown specimen is the personification of all that is graceful and beautiful in the palm line. We have a large stock of these plants, ^rown in fine, bushv form, as shown in the illustration. Plants in 5-inch pots, 114 ft. "high, each; 6-inch pots, 214 ft. high, each ; 7-inch pots, 3 ft. high, S3,00 each. KENTIAS. These are the most satisfactory palms for house decoration, as they are very hardy and are not easily affected bj^ change of temperature. They are not so graceful in habit as Arecas. but on account of their hardiness and ability to u ithstand unfavorable conditions, are more largely grown, probably, than all other palms put together.
