CAROLINA, Puerto Rico – William Schadle, a Army Corps of Engineers quality assurance manager assigned to the Task Force Power Restoration, ensures proper installation of a transformer in one of the many neighborhoods in the Carolina municipality, Jan. 22, 2018. The transformer being installed will facilitate electricity to at least 11 homes in this small community. Originally from the USACE North Atlantic Division, Schadle’s efforts will ensure essential services are provided to local families. (
