ARABIAN GULF (Sept. 4, 2015) A Marine with the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit helps offload an M777A2 Lightweight Howitzer from a landing craft, air cushion onto the amphibious assault ship USS Essex (LHD 2). Elements of the 15th MEU returned to the Essex recently after training in Kuwait.
