The 19th Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps, Sgt. Maj. Troy E. Black, tours the Defense Language Institute, Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) in Monterey Ca, March 10, 2021. The Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps conducted to visit to look at one of the many joint-service schools Marines have the opportunity to attend. The DLIFLC mission is to provide the highest quality culturally based foreign language education, training and evaluation to enhance the national security of the United States.
