Fallopian tube. Coloured scanning electron micro- graph (SEM) of the lining of a fallopian tube of a 48 year old post-menopausal woman. The mucosa (lining, blue) is seen at right. Some of the epithelium has been removed at left to reveal the underlying layers of collagen fibres (yellow).
