Tower of castle of Cesky Krumlov

Cesky Krumlov was founded in 13 century in Southern Bohemia. Its name derives from die krumme Au, which stands for bended meadow. The town first belonged to the Vitkovich family, then in different times to Rozmberg and Schwarzenberg families. Its castle is second biggest in Czech, and its historical center (hrad) is the biggest in Southern Czech. Most buildings and churches in the town are in gothic, renaissance and baroque style. The town is in UNESCO heritage list.
