Marines from the 2nd Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion from Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune perform equipment maintenance and inspections prior to transport back to Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center 29 Palms from Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, Calif., as part of their training in the use of SHOUT nano and RFID tracking devices, Jan. 27. The training allowed Marines and Soldiers to compare tracking system capabilities between the standard RFID system and the more advanced SHOUT nano system, which allows for better in-transit visibility of equipment.
