Dallas, USA. 27th Aug, 2017. The outer bands of rain from former Hurricane Harvey, now, Tropical Storm Harvey, have reached Dallas. The Disaster Relief Shelter set up at the Walnut Hill Recreation Center was full but people seemed to be outside enjoying a day without downpours and winds. The air is laden with moisture and in some spots today, it looked like fog before and after a couple of minutes of rain from the air being so saturated. Credit: dallaspaparazzo/Alamy Live News

Hurrican Harvey downgraded to a Tropical Storm is dropping record rainfall amounts. Unbelievable record amounts. Dallas briefly got the outer bands today before Harvey drifter back toward the US shoreline.
