It is a good keeper, of large size, very prolific, smooth and even fleshed, being free from that coarse string- iness which many varieties have. The Jonathan is excel- lent for pies. Pkt., 5c,; oz., 10c. Mammoth Patiron. The flesh and skin are of a bright golden yellow color. Flesh, fine grained, and of excellent quality. Notwithstanding its enormous size, it is one of the very best pie pumpkins ever grown, and a splendid keeper. This enormous variety has been grown to weigh 200 pounds, Pkt., 5c.; oz., 15c. Tennessee Sweet Potato.
