The floor of the stall slopes some three inches from front to rear. The stalls begin four and one-half feet long at one end of the stable and gradually lengthen till they are five feet long at the other end. Each side of stall is really a gate opening toward the right, to give more room to the milker and groomer, when open. They could of course be hung on hinges so as to swing in either direct .....
