It remains to speak of another methodof giving,—the giving systematically. Thiswill steady and swell the flow of giving. The steadying process is best effectedthrough the work of a good missionarycommittee in each local church. Thiscommittee, if organized aright can do twoor three things. If its members arechosen because of their present orpromised interest in the work of all thesix societies, and also because of their re-lation to the various organizations of thelocal church, such as the church commit-tee, the Board of Trustees, the WomensMissionary Societies, the Sunday school,the Young Peoples Society and so on,they can keep the work of all the sixbefore all the grades of workers, and alsoestablish a policy of giving for the church,which will help in determining w
