The July 30th meeting was discovered by the enemies, representatives were forced to move to Zhejiang Province, South Jiaxing Lake to hold the last-day meeting of the 1st National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party, through passing the resolution, declaring the official establishment of the Chinese Communist Party. The meeting from the last day was to be held on this boat.
