The apparent increasein size is explained by the fact that the patient moved orbreathed at the time the pyelogram was taken. A point of interest in the diagnosis of hydronephrosis ofearly or moderate degree is the change frequently seen inthe angle where the ureter leaves the pelvis. The course.
