Two vessels of the Puerto Rico Army National Guard's Landing Craft Detachment (LCD), push back from the dock prior to departing to Vieques, Puerto Rico, Jan. 20. The members of the LCD are providing support to the PRARNG's engineers of the 130th and 190th engineer battalions by transporting personnel and construction equipment that will help improve the quality of life of the citizens of Vieques.
