The Deputy Special Representative of the Chairperson of the African Union Commission (DSRCC) for Somalia, Simon Mulongo, presents a certificate to a Ugandan military officer in recognition of his service under the African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM). This was during a medal award ceremony in Mogadishu on 7 December 2019, to honour the officers who completed their tour of duty to Somalia.
