Nominators not making aU payments forfeit former ones, and the entire amount of forfeits and payments, together with added money, will be divided as follows: 65 per cent, to first horse, 20 per cent, to second horse, 15 per cent, to third horse. The BREEDER AND SPORTSMAN guarantees $3,000, to be divided as above stated. If the payments, etc., amount to more than $3,000, the additional amount, after deducting cost of advertising, will also be divided in the same proportion to the winning horses. Nominators whose mares prove not to be in foal, will be refunded the amounts paid upon furnishing a written statement to that effect before August 1, 1890.
