Commemorative plaque on the house where Russian novelist Fyodor Dostoyevsky lived and died in Kuznechny Lane in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Text in Russian means: Fyodor Dostoevsky lived in this house in 1846 and later from October 1878 until the day of his death on 9 February 1881. He wrote his novel The Brothers Karamazov here. The apartment of the novelist is now a part of the Dostoevsky Literary Memorial Museum.
