Tulalip Tribes Natural Resources wildlife biologist Annalei Leese transports a trapped North American beaver on a boat at Naval Radio Station Jim Creek, Washington, Oct. 12. The Tulalip Beaver Project relocates "nuisance" beavers from (sub)urban areas to hydrologically impaired tributaries in the upper Snohomish Watershed for the improvement of fish rearing habitat and fresh water storage.
