Chinese New Year Dragon Procession entering Stowell Street in Newcastle upon Tyne as part of the festivities marking the start of the Year of the Snake 10 February 2013. The dragon dance is performed by local members of the Choi Lee Fut Kung Fu Dragon and Lion Association a national organisation formed by Sifu Edmond Ng to promote healthy living by practising the art of Choi Lee Fut kung fu and Chinese lion dancing, and to promote racial harmony through better understanding of Chinese arts and culture.
