July 11th, 2013 Austin, Texas USA: Abortion opponent prays during a pro-life rally at the Texas Capitol. Hundreds of pro-life and pro-choice supporters crowded into the building as state senators debated HB2, a controversial law putting tighter restrictions on women's access to abortions. The bill passed with a 19-11 vote, with all 18 Republicans and 1 Democrat voting yes. Earlier in the session, Sen.
