A wonderfully improved form of our native marshmal- low in which flowers of enormous size, frequently 10 to 12 inches in diameter, have been developed. The colorings comprise rich dark red, soft mallow-pick and pure white; the plants grow from 5 to 8 feet high and are very floriferous, blooming from early in July until late in autumn; and are perfectly hardy.
