MANUAL OF HEALTH LAWS. STATE BOARD OP HEALTH. Revised Laws, for State Board of Health. Section 1. There shall be a state board of health consisting of sevenpersons, one of whom shall annually be appointed by the governor, withthe advice and consent of the council, for a term of seven years. 1869, 420, § 1. 1879, 291, § 2.
