No manuscript refers in any way toThomas a Kempis if we except the modern oralmost modern attribution on the Harleian manu-script numbered 3216. It should be noticed thatGerson is spelt Gersem and Geersem in this manu-script, and this spelling is associated with theChancellor of Paris.
