Photo essay at the Monteclair institute, in France, which propose different services to develop and to improve the independency and autonomy of visually impaired persons. SAAAIS (Service of Autonomy Acquisition Support and School Integration) is a service dedicated for children and teenagers age of 6 to 20 years old in the department of Maine and Loire in France, who are integrated into the public or private mainstream system (schools, colleges, high schools) in the proximity of their home. The professionals are in charged with providing for children and teenagers access to maximum independency and autonomy in daily living situations, into the family field, in the sportive and leisure activities, in relations with the others.
