VISAKHAPATNAM, India (Aug. 2, 2022) – Lt. Jacqueline Benedict, the materials supply officer aboard the Emory S. Land-class submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), and Cmdr. Patricia Coley, the chaplain aboard Frank Cable, speak with students from St. Joseph’s College for Women during a tour of the ship while moored in Visakhapatnam, India, Aug. 2, 2022. Frank Cable is currently on patrol conducting expeditionary maintenance and logistics in the 7th Fleet area of operations in support of a free and open Indo-Pacific.
