Four other healedsinus openings, filled with scar tissue are also present. Two such scarsare visible on the inner aspect of the ankle. There are no nodulesanjavhere on the foot. The openings of the sinuses are not examination shows a periostitis of the tarsal bones. Thegranules secured from the sinuses by irrigation were pearly white andabout 2 mm. in diameter and very irregular in shape.
