He says that he hasundertreatment a case of Vesico-Vaginal Fistula, wherethe cervix and os are hidden, and the orifice is dis-tended by fibrous bands ; Chat he can observe the dis-charge of the urine into the bladder, and states thatit comes from the ureters in pulsations, with regular in-tervals of from fifteen to sixteen seconds, the pelvis of thekidneys apparently contracting after tlie manner of thehearts action.
