MacAulay gave a speech on how to become a more mindful leader. Some of her ways to be a more mindful leader are to self-reflect, lead by example and harmonize your thoughts. “The pathway to sustainable high performance is to get command of your mindset and to live in a moment to learn how to deal with your stress in a certain way,” said MacAulay.
